After a heated confrontation between Kobe Bryant and Ron Artest in last night’s NBA playoff game, Ron Artest sought to explain himself to the media.

“Shit, when I was a kid we used to straight up kick each other right in the balls. When I got older we used to just take out knifes and carve the plays right into our stomaches, man. Shoot, we used to gather up as many people as we could find in the neighborhood, and straight gas them, right there on the court. So you’ve got to understand, I grew up playing like that.”

He continued, “After you murdered 10,000 people at once on the basketball court, it’s hard to adjust to the rules of the NBA.”
